Last Friday (21st October) we had the pleasure of participating in the Newcastle Construction Safety Group Seminar at Gateshead International Stadium.
Formed in 1962, the NCSG promotes best practice in construction and actively encourages co-operation within the industry. Safety is an important focus so as part of last Friday’s seminar “Back to Basics, Planning, Managing Wellbeing” the Group invited a number of companies to participate and give practical advice on how to avoid risks.
The day was well very attended with well over 100 attendees split into 16 groups and Paul Radford, our Business Development Manager North & Scotland, was kept extremely busy demonstrating the Easi-Dec access platform and explaining how our range of products can deliver safe rapid access solutions for on-site working.
Membership of the Newcastle Construction Safety Group is open to employers in all branches of construction. Meetings are held monthly where invited speakers address members on current matters of interest.
